Tom is predominantly an illustrator, animator and writer. He works from a studio in the magnificent Centre for Science and Arts, Stroud.

Tom works in a whole bunch of different ways, he's all about storytelling with a slightly wonky, handmade, human feel.

"I draw on paper with ink and a dip pen, or with Palomino Black-wing pencils (the best pencils in the world imo). Sometimes I spruce things up digitally, and use an iPad to make animation with a wobbly hand-drawn aesthetic. And occasionally I paint straight onto rocks and other objects to make small, kinda silly, sculptures"
